You only pay for the swap you create. Everything before it is free, on every account.
- Uploading a clip, or bringing one in from a TikTok, Reels or Shorts link.
- Picking the seconds and seeing the price.
- Downloading your finished videos, with no watermark.
- Swaps that fail on our side or are refused by the safety filter: the credits come back.
Refunds
When credits come back
Most failed swaps are refunded automatically; you do not need to write to us. The one exception is a video the AI model fully processed and was billed for but could not turn into a result. The message on screen tells you which case it was. Money refunds for a plan follow the refund policy.
- Credits back: the swap did not start, the service was busy, or something broke on our side.
- Credits back: the AI safety filter refused the photo or the video.
- Not refunded: the model processed the video but produced no usable result. A clearer front facing photo usually fixes it.
- A new try with another photo or other seconds is a new swap and is priced again.
Out of credits
Credit packs or a bigger plan
Subscribers can add one time packs that never change the plan. A bigger plan gives more credits for each dollar, so it is the better choice when you swap every week. How to make the swap itself: how to use Put Yourself In.

- Does pasting a TikTok, Reels or Shorts link cost credits?
- No. Bringing a clip in from a link is free; only the swap itself uses credits.
- What if a swap fails?
- The credits come back to your balance automatically when the swap does not start, the AI safety filter refuses the photo or video, the service is busy, or something breaks on our side. The rare exception is when the AI model fully processed your video and was billed for it but produced no usable result; the message then says the credits cannot be returned, and a clearer front facing photo usually fixes it.
- I ran out of credits. Can I buy more without changing plan?
- Yes. Subscribers can add one time credit packs from 150 credits for $3.99 to 6,000 credits for $129.99. Upgrading the plan gives more credits per dollar.
- Can I get a refund for my plan?
- A first subscription payment or a credit pack can be refunded within 7 days if none of its credits were used. Renewals are not refunded. You can cancel any time and keep the plan until the end of the period.
